Products purchased directly from can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
We want you to love the products you get from us as much as we love making them. If the product you receive is not functioning, damaged or you are simply not completely satisfied with your product at the time you receive it, we will happily offer you a replacement or a full refund. We will pay for the return shipment and provide a replacement product or fully refund you the cost of your purchase (product and ground transportation). Expedited shipments will be credited at the value of standard shipping. Orders which qualify for free shipping will not receive a refund for shipping cost if other method was chosen.
We are not able to offer returns and exchanges on products purchased through retailers other than the e-commerce site. However, we will replace a damaged item as per our warranty policy.
